Violin Lessons
Lessons begin in September 2025 for children and adults five years and up.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays - 2pm-5pm
Central Piedmont location
With a master’s in violin performance from the San Francisco Conservatory and over 10 years of teaching and performing experience, Petr brings artistry, technique, and fun to his violin studio. Petr focuses on both music theory basics and musical expression when teaching violin. Students practice scales, exercises, etudes, and concert pieces. He feels that a knowledge of music theory, history, and "violin culture"—like famous players, common pieces, instrument care, and musician manners—helps students enjoy the instrument more. He includes these topics in lessons. Petr adapts lessons to each student’s needs and encourages regular practice.

30 min lesson - $70
45 min lesson - $90
60 min lesson - $110
Cancellation policy:
Payments are due at the month’s start for four lessons. Cancel over 48 hours before a lesson to reschedule. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
